OmniGroup had announced their new product, OmniPlan which will be released as beta on Wednesday the 26th of July. Rumor has it that Ethan from kGTD fame has had a finger in the development of this new product.
If OmniPlan is anything like their other products and it incorporates the GTD philosophies, then this will be one handy tool. Especially since there really isn't a "great" project management tool yet for us MacNerdy people.

Yeah Andy. Personally, I think it's way too overly complicated. Maybe it's because I subscribe to the agile approach. I'm using iTaskx and feel the same way about it. I like the UI's that OmniGroup comes up with for it's products. It will be interesting to see tomorrow what this puppy looks like.

I've been checking out Merlin 2 www.merlin2.net, and they have really improved the functionality. Furthermore, also approached the agile pm way quit cleverly. Looking to buy a good, professional pm tool and it seems to offer a lot more. Any advice on the pros and cons of OmniPlan and Merlin 2?
