Dev.Opera takes us through some of the available enhancements that modern browsers are supporting such as Safari 3 and Opera 9.5 support for new CSS3 effects. Opacity, dropshadows and tiger-striping don't rely on javascript, but we still need to support browsers that don't use these new CSS3 effects.
